The Iced donut latte

Surprise every sweet tooth with this donut special

Ingredients

  • Lattiz® milk foam
  • Ice cubes
  • 30 ml Monin Donut syrup
  • 30 ml espresso
  • Straw + mini donut
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Preparation

  1. Fill the glass to the rim with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the donut syrup (30ml) into the glass.
  3. Place the glass (at an angle) under the machine and fill up with milk foam to 2 cm from the rim
  4. Pour the espresso into the middle of the glass.
  5. Garnish the latte with whipped cream, if desired.
  6. Before serving, put in the straw and place a mini donut on it.
